The Consensus
The Paddle Reset paddle delivers premium performance at an exceptional value, featuring top-tier spin capabilities, high power output, and excellent construction quality typically found in paddles costing $200+. While it requires some adjustment due to high pop and performs best with weight tuning, it offers tournament-level performance at a budget-friendly price point.
Everyone Agrees: Strengths

- +Outstanding value proposition - premium materials and performance at $99-150 vs $200+ competitors
- +High power output that exceeds expectations for the weight class
- +Superior construction quality with multi-density foam core preventing crushing
Everyone Agrees: Weaknesses

The paddle is producing more output than its weight profile would typically suggest
Stock, it's fast and spin capable, but a little hard to fully trust
Adding 3g to the sides is where the paddle finds its best version
Liked
- +Light swing weight with above-average power output for elongated paddle
- +Excellent dwell time and spin capability from T700 carbon face
- +Significantly improves with weight tuning as designed
- +Good value at $150 for complex multi-foam construction
Noted
- -Sweet spot sits lower than expected requiring adjustment period
- -Stock version less stable, needs weight to reach full potential
- -Initial timing issues due to unexpected pop from light paddle

In almost every category, the new Hullbrook Fuse paddles are undoubtedly among the very best available
I think these new Hullbrook Fuse paddles really rock
I found the elongated fuse to hit a narrow margin harder than both the J6CR and Loco
Liked
- +Zero risk of core crushing with multi-density foam design
- +Exceptional stability and large sweet spot without added weight
- +High power with manageable swing weights between 112-116
- +Pleasant plush feel with good ball compression
- +USAP and UPAA approved for tournament play
Noted
- -14mm elongated model has large dead spots and inconsistent performance
- -High pop requires skill to handle, not perfectly controllable
- -Less grab-and-throw feel compared to some competitors
