By accessing or using FORWRD HQ (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

FORWRD HQ is an independent, community-driven pickleball information platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any paddle manufacturer, brand, or official pickleball organization unless explicitly stated.

FORWRD HQ provides the following services:

• Paddle Database — an aggregated catalog of pickleball paddle specifications and community ratings. Product data is sourced from publicly available information and may not be complete or current.
• Marketplace — a peer-to-peer listing platform for buying and selling used pickleball gear. FORWRD HQ is a listing service only and does not facilitate, process, or guarantee any transaction.
• News & Content — editorial content, rankings, and community features related to pickleball.
• Community Tools — court finders, tournament information, and player resources sourced from public data.

Third-party data: Paddle specifications, product images, pricing, and related data displayed on FORWRD HQ may be sourced from publicly available information on brand websites, retailer pages, and other public sources. This data is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Product images: Product images are linked from or attributed to their original sources (e.g., brand websites). We do not claim ownership of third-party product images. If you are a brand or rights holder and wish to have content removed, please contact us at dmca@forwrdhq.com.

Not professional advice: Nothing on this Platform constitutes professional advice of any kind. Paddle ratings, rankings, and editorial reviews are community-driven or algorithmically generated and represent opinions, not authoritative assessments.

Beta accuracy: As a beta platform, data may be missing, out of date, or contain errors. We actively work to improve data quality but cannot guarantee accuracy at any time.

FORWRD HQ operates as a listing platform only. We do not:

• Process, facilitate, or hold payments between buyers and sellers
• Take possession of, inspect, or verify any listed items
• Guarantee the accuracy of any listing description or seller claims
• Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers
• Provide escrow, buyer protection, or insurance of any kind

All transactions are conducted entirely between buyers and sellers. You assume full responsibility for verifying item authenticity, condition, and value before completing any transaction. FORWRD HQ is not a party to any transaction.

By listing an item, you confirm you have the right to sell it and that your listing is accurate. Fraudulent listings may result in account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

You agree not to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings or content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post spam or unsolicited advertising

FORWRD HQ original content, design, and code are owned by FORWRD HQ. Third-party brand names, trademarks, and product names referenced on this Platform are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

User-submitted content (listings, messages, reviews) remains yours. By posting content, you grant FORWRD HQ a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.

If you believe content on FORWRD HQ infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@forwrdhq.com with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL of the allegedly infringing content on our Platform
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• Your electronic or physical signature

We will respond promptly and remove infringing content upon receiving a valid notice. We operate in good faith and aim to respect all intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORWRD HQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from marketplace transactions, reliance on product data, or service interruptions.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
