Click 'Sell Item' from the marketplace page, sign in or create an account, and follow the step-by-step form to add photos, details, and pricing for your item.
Is it free to list items?
Yes! Listing items on FORWRD HQ is completely free. We don't charge any listing fees or take commissions on sales.
Do I need an account to browse?
No, you can browse all listings without an account. However, you'll need to create a free account to sell items, save favorites, or message sellers.
Buying
How do I purchase an item?
Click the 'Contact Seller' button on any listing to start a conversation. Arrange payment and shipping details directly with the seller.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment methods are arranged between buyers and sellers. We recommend using secure platforms like PayPal (with buyer protection), Venmo, or Zelle. Always meet in person for local pickups.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is arranged directly between buyer and seller. Many sellers offer shipping at an additional cost, while some prefer local pickup only.
Can I return an item?
Return policies are set by individual sellers. We recommend discussing return conditions before completing your purchase.
Selling
How do I price my item?
Research similar items on our marketplace to see competitive prices. Consider condition, age, original price, and demand when setting your price.
What photos should I include?
Include clear photos from multiple angles, close-ups of any wear or damage, and any accessories included. Good photos help items sell faster!
How do I mark an item as sold?
Go to 'My Listings', find your item, and update its status to 'Sold'. This removes it from active marketplace browsing.
Can I edit my listing after posting?
Yes! Go to 'My Listings', click on your listing, and select 'Edit' to update photos, description, price, or other details.

How do I stay safe when buying or selling?

What if I encounter a scam or suspicious listing?
Report suspicious listings or users immediately using the 'Report' button. We review all reports and take action to protect our community.
Does FORWRD HQ handle disputes?
FORWRD HQ is a listing platform only. We don't process payments or handle shipping. Disputes should be resolved directly between buyers and sellers or through your payment platform.
Are sellers verified?
All sellers must create an account with email verification. We also display seller ratings and reviews when available. Look for verified badges and positive feedback.
